Bought as a gift for my son, for snowboarding. He loves it. First it looks great, and he said how comfortable and warm it is. He is super happy with this gift. He's 5'10" and I got him the Large. Would def recommend.

I’m usually a bulky multiple layers-type of guy. Always have been. Decided to give AlphaTech a try. Just finished my first day on the slopes this trip In VT. Wind howling and Sunny. This hoodie rocks! Will definitely get some more of these!!!

Fantastic snowboarding “jacket.” Size L for a 5’9” 175pound, 15year old male. Does fit narrow, but my skinny & tall son loves it! First impression was “it’s heavy.” Didn’t weigh it on a scale, but it had some weight to it. Definitely too warm of a jacket/hoodie for spring riding. Despite the sauna effect, my son insists on wearing it even though when he takes it off at the end of the day the hoodie is dripping with sweat. 5 stars for quality and looks. Definitely designed for colder days.

Wore the softflex for a full weekend while snowboarding on Mt. Hood. I was sweating. The thing is warm. It was about 25 degrees out. It felt extra heavy at the end of day one as it was soaking wet on the top half. It snowed all day and I didn’t brush the snow off so it melted on the hood, shoulders and back. Maybe a treatment with NikWax will help with that. Overall it was what I expected. A thin layer underneath and I stayed warm. A little too warm at times so I utilized the vent which helped.

I wear this thing for any reason I can find. Sleep, quick trip out of the house, undershirt, you name it. I love it.

We had a slight problem with the zipper on the side of the jacket I bought. Alpha tech replaced it without any issues. My grandson loves the jacket and said it definitely keeps him warm. Thank you for your assistance and I will definitely order from you guys again.

Very warm and comfortable. Wore it when it felt like 0 and -10 with a single base layer underneath and felt great. Also wore it in some decent snow and it wasn't too soaked. Absolutely love this hoodie!

The Softflex: Tan

I was very apprehensive to get a hoody styled winter snowboarding jacket, but after having issues with normal zipper jackets, I decided why not, very happy I did. Fits well, won’t have the same issue with normal front zipper jackets so have, and it’s EXTREMELY WARM. I just hope they release the acid variant again to buy!

The thing look awesome and feels even better!

I love the fit and the fabric. Perfect. Wish you had base layer pants to go under rain gear.
