Refund policy

We at AlphaTech Apparel are committed to providing the best service possible, and we pride ourselves on our customer-focused approach. That's why we want you to feel empowered when making purchases with us. We know that no one likes returning items, and many people find it difficult to do so. We want you to know that if there is an issue with your order, we are here for you! We have a clear return policy that gives you all the information you need about how to return your item.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We at AlphaTech stand behind our products completely. If you received an incorrect order, or are unsatisfied with the fit of the item or its quality, we're happy to accommodate your return for a store credit or item/size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Start a Return / Exchange

Email your return request to info@alphatechapparel.com with a valid order # and the reason for the return / exchange. 

Conditions / Eligibility

Conditions stated here must be met in order for a return or exchange to be eligible 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • All products must be completely unworn, unwashed and undamaged
  • Products covered in animal / human hair will not be accepted
  • Products that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or sweat stains will not be accepted.

Once the returned item has been received, your return/exchange will be processed within 7 business days. This does not include return shipping times. Any return/exchange that does not meet the above criteria will unfortunately be deemed ineligible under our policy. When an item is denied, the item will be immediately discarded. Please note that when you send an item back that does not meet the eligibility requirements (ex: the item has sweat stains and smells of cologne) these items are fully discarded and we will not double ship back to you these items, those items will have to be discarded. If you know that your item does not meet these eligibility requirements please do not attempt to send the item back, because it will be denied.

Return to sender

For all items that have been sent out to the customer and the package did not get delivered, but instead got returned back to our facilities - we will reach out to make a second delivery attempt to a new address that you provide and send it to your new address, free of charge. If we do not hear back from you, we will process a store credit to you with a restocking fee. 

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $4.95, per item, will be applied to all returns/exchanges. The fee will be deducted from the gross sales amount that you paid for your order and the balance will be credited to you. Please note that for returns the shipment fee to get it back to our warehouse will also be deducted from the costs with returns. For exchanges, we will cover the cost to send you a new size.
